"we bought it and for farm use we'ev pulled 10 ton sprayers, 6 ton discs. It never even act liked it had to try it would pull them 70mph no problem."

"Alittle more shoulder cramp at driver door than used to (98 2500). The seats are for more comfortable with lumbar support. 16.775 MPG combined 4x4 1500 model 5.3L first tank, breakin and all. 1 week old. Its a shame mpg hasnt gottin much better from 70's. Overall very satisfied with exterior looks. Since WT should have Towing options standard?. So far so good Time will tell!"

"Had my new 09 for about two weeks now and love it. The styling is sharp, power and handling is great and so far MPG is around 15 to 16 combined but mostly city driving. About the only complaint is that the cloth seats are lint collectors LOL."

"For the short time I have owned the truck it has performed to my expectations, very well! The only concern I have is that of parking. It is very difficult to get use to not being able to see over the hood. The truck (extended cab) is easy to maneuver and gets fairly good mileage, 40-60 city:open road of 16-17mpg with the 5.3L AFM V8. I have not experienced any problem with the AFM."

"Chevy nailed this truck right on the head,This has to be the best truck that they have ever made, right from the headlights that light up the road like it was daylight to the taillights that look better than the last generation, the seats are very comfortable and there is lots of adjustments so every driver will find a comfy position the side doors on my extended cab are fantastic right from the fully opening doors to the fully opening windows, and the power choices are endless so finding the right engine is up to the person and what they want, I think that GM has and will take over the top spot in the truck market as long as they keep turning out products like this one, fit and finish is far superior to the imports and all the gaps are nice and tight which is nice to see finally, so before you try the imports give the SILVERADO a really good look I think you will like what you see I know I do :-)"

"This is a great truck it blows the doors off the Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan in 9 out of 10 categories. Close with the new F150 though. But the styling, handling power vs MPG of the Silverado wins out. Buy this truck you will not be disappointed!!"

"We got the crew cab to haul our family and it gets the kids to school safely and in comfort. My husband uses it to haul his boat around on weekends. Sturdy and sure on the road it manuvers well. We love our truck."

"The 09 chevy silverado is alright except for capability. It doesnt haul well unless you have the 6.2"
